4.1 Nooooo
This is one of the greatest 80's movies ever. I Love this better than American Ninja or Police Academy. This is atleast a 4.9 or maybe even 5.0.
It's 4.6 now, maybe in another 4 years it'll 5?
I've raised my rating from 8/10 to 10/10 just to help this underrated gem!

Meh, the first hour pretty much has nothing happening. You could FF to the mall shoot out and watch from there and be alright. Just a lack of action scenes, or interesting scenes in general, was the problem.
When they do show up, the action scenes are well done, but the other hour and 20 mins has NOTHING happening. It's no Lone Wolf McQuade...
