Jam-Packed

I like this movie for many reasons but one for sure is all the stuff which is "going on"

Strangely this flic ain't overly done as in being "too crowded" with events,persons and situations.Landis deftly pulls it off.Perhaps a little luck was thrown in.However,what an Odyssey takes place in in Jeff's & Michelle's role's life ! It is compressed but clean as it resolves itself in some miraculous fashion.The characters intertwine but shake loose for another day which is not to say there aren't casualties along the way.

Great cameos which add to the fun;Carl Perkin's only movie.Imagine that.Mr.early Rock'nRoll.Sun Studios,etc.
Bowie is chilling.'Nuff said.The Elvis motif is hilarious because it is so seriously treated.Landis is a hoot as he appears as a half-crazed gunsel.

Terrif bb king tune and you got yourself a most entertaining roll of film.
