I have this movie and think it is cinematic brilliance!

Ive alwaysloved werewolf movies as theyare my favorite creatue. This movie was made as hollywood was transitioning from the disco era of movies to new pop movies. I love disco movies, but this movie was made for the fans of new wave music. Basically, the director was trying to combine all the new elements (for the mid 80's) to make an entertaining film. Rated R movies ruled at the box office and so did nudity and gore.

this movie simply put everything we wanted in the movie, horny night creatures, mongoloids, sex, toppless scenes (which was a must for a movie of this type to be successful), frickin Christopher lee who can make any movie work merely by his presence.

We should celebrat this movie and HEMDALE entertainment because they were a great low budget company also, they brought us THE TERMINATOR.
