THORM EMI VIDEO vs DVD

I was wondering if there was any difference between the original VHS release of this movie and the DVD release. I heard the the original end credits with Sybil repeatedly ripping her shirt off is not included on the VHS version. I was curious if anything else was different. Thanks

Couldn't tell ya if it's on the VHS version. But I definitely remember the Sybil rips appearing when I first saw it on cable in the 80's. So I'm guessing the VHS did have it.

When it came to the VHS versions I own the Howling II:'Stirba Werewolf Bitch' version with the ending intact, a few years ago on Sky they played it but the beginning title was Howling II:'Your Sister Is A Werewolf' version and the the film was cut and didn't have the full ending.

I got done watching a Republic Pictures VHS version of this. The ending is whole in this version.

Do you know which country the Republic tape comes from?
And do you, by any chance, have a picture of this video cover? Is it a big box or a normal?

I haven't watched the DVD, but I can tell you this much: the VHS print was 87 minutes long. The TV version included an extra scene before the end credits and an alternate end credit sequence. The end credits always mention the two characters that appear in the TV ending, but they are not seen in the R rated cut. Also, there is music during the TV credits that is not heard in the R rated cut. (Keep in mind that TV stations never play end credits anymore.) I've always wondered if the extra scene is on the DVD, but I don't want to buy it.
