Alright. Well I watched the first Howling and then watched this one. The sister at the end of the movie that is in the News Room turns into a Werewolf and is shot by that one dude. In the second movie they show a clip of the News Room where the woman turns into a Werewolf but it doesn't look like the one in the first movie. It actually looks like a mix between a Boston Terrier and a Pug (the dogs with smashed in faces). Anyone else notice that?
shareYeah, I noticed that too. I assumed they didn’t have the rights to use footage from the original movie. Plus the actress who played Karen White was replaced in Howling 2, so it would look odd if they used the footage of the original transformation.

There was a new one (Howling: Reborn) which was released three weeks ago, so now there are 8 in total. I've only seen the first two, but I acquired copies of all the rest recently and plan to watch them in the coming days.
