The song I think you are referring to is Technique by Rainey...
I managed to download this through limewire...
It might not be the song you mean but i'm almost positive it is... its the song playing when Janey & Jeff do there backflip cartwheel thing.. x
Rainey also does the song 'I can Fly' which is the song when they are practising outdoors...
