Yes, SJP was very pretty in this movie otherwise, she's passable, at best.
She's not aged real well, she's not naturally attractive, and has very few nice features. I will say this though; she "scrubs up" well, has fabulous hair, and knows how to put herself together well, so she does look attractive and pretty. She dresses very well, as does her character from S&TC. Perhaps playing Carrie for 10 years has allowed her to really develop a flair for style & fashion.
