I love the part where they're first trying out and SJP's charac starts dancing and everyone is like "Whoa!" Because they thought she couldn't dance because she was in that catholic school outfit and she was supposedly "dorky". She sure showed them, hehe....:D And fave charac was SJP's charac of course. :)

I only can remember a favourite charector because I seen the film years ago and she's Natalie Sands, thet was her name in the film and helen Hunt who played as Janey's friend.

I loved this movie way back when. My favourite character was Lynne Stone, she was wild and crazy!! My favourite quote would be (and through lack of memory over a couple decades) is when SJP says she is so happy about having a best friend and a boyfriend and Lee Montgomery says "Boyfriend? You tell that boyfriend he's out of luck because you're going to be spending lots of time with me." I love it! Fave scene: the final scene when they look at each other, hold hands and then do the flippy flip thing.

Favorite quote is: 'You move, You Bleed' lol don't know why... have others but, this one always makes me laugh!

Favorite Character is: Jeff he's so sexy! He can't really dance at first at least I saw nothing special but, after he teams up with Janie he's awesome!

Favorite scene is: The final dance contest, loved the music and the dancing!

Favorite scene: When Janey, Lynne, and Maggie are looking thru the broken window at Natalie's deb ball, she flicks her hair aroung her face and points to herself. Awesome!!
Favorite character: Jonathon Silverman's character.
Favorite line: "You lied about your latin class, and now you've snuck out of the house without our permission." (When did kids start asking permission to sneak out of the house?)

My favorite line is when Jeff pulls up on his motorcycle when they're leaving "the Court"

Is this thing safe?
Safest thing you'll ever have between your legs.

It's not a profound quote or anything, but I remember being soooo embarassed when I heard that - I was 12 or so and I've never forgotten that quote.

fave characters: Lynne (she cracks me up)& Jeff (hot!)

fave quotes:

the dance off between Natalie & Ben and Janie & Jeff

Jeff riding the motorcycle and shoving the cake in Mr. Sands' face
the nun on the pommel horse
not really a scene...but any of the shots of shirtless Jeff (yum!)

my fave scene is when natalies party gets crashed and the girls are watching the mayhem from outside,classic!

my fave character is definetley janey..she reminds me a bit of me!

fave quote is at the end when janey says to jeff "lets do it!"

Scene betwwen Jaynie and Lynne after bad rehearsal with Jeff:

J: "I hate him"

L: "He's a guy and he's alive..what's there to hate?"

J: "he's just...uuchhh! Ya know....UUCHHH!"

L: "Oh good, I like those qualities in a man!"

Lynne had all the best lines!

I watched this damn movie ALL THE TIME as a kid! I have several fave lines, but I love The Muppet Show line, "I'll take care of Sister Sledge" and I also loved the dance scene when I CAN FLY was playing. Fave character was Lynn, of course.
