A very decent vampire movie, in the old tradition
Chris Sarandon is my idea of a vampire. Exceptionally handsome, tall dark and mysterious...but make no mistake: he can be a pretty bad dude.
Roddy McDowell is delightful, as usual, and performs his part perfectly.
This is great fun for vampire movie lovers such as myself. A good watch. Pass up the remake, but if this comes on late at night....ooooooh, better not watch it by yourself!
