Don't know if there are a lot of these restuarants but there is one near me and they have a menu item Called - John Coctostan.
Its a quesadilla with grilled meat, beans and shredded cheese with side of sour cream or pico de gallo!!!!

I haven't eaten at a Moe's in a while but I do remember seeing the John Coctostan there. I didn't remember this from the one where I used to eat, but their fajitas dish with handmade guacamole is called the "Fat Sam".
Great place to eat, if you can get past them shouting at everyone that walks in (if they still do that). :)

They use Seinfeld references, too. Pretty cliche. Moe's will never ever be Willy's, which is how they started. One of the guys branched off and started Moe's. Try Willy's in Atlanta - much better!!!!
