It's kinda like this movie, but a boy is flying around in a space ship that talks to him, i remember they're like round round get around i get around, playing that song, and there's a cow

Between Explorers, Flight of the Navigator, Mac and Me, and Spaced Invaders, I think my entire childhood movie experience is covered.
