What was Wolfgang's issue with Darren?
He seemed to act antagonistic towards him throughout most of the movie!
Did he see him as an intruder to his secret inventions?
Was it about Ben?
Did he simply not like Darren because his IQ differed to his?
Who knows.
Wolfgang wanted to be the meticulous scientist about their ship, running through all kinds of tests and checklists. Ben and Darren were more impulsive and in-the-moment. They wanted to just take off and explore. Wolfgang had moments of exasperation with both of them, but with Darren even more so because of his laid-back direct way of expressing himself.
