I seen this movie back in 85. However, now that we live in a youtube society. Someone could re-edit the trailer to give it a Brokeback Mountain feel. I have seen it done with No Retreat No Surrender. And its friggin' hilarious.

shareThis is funny, because I have read the book, and writing a review on it I commented how sometimes it felt like a whack Brokeback Mountain.
In the book they had a much closer relationship than in the movie - they were often cuddling and sleeping together (completely non-sexual, though) to stay warm and sometimes just for hugs.
They obviously took this out of the movie due to the gay implications, although Jerry was an 'it', maybe they thought many viewers wouldn't grasp that fact.
