I didn't know that "opinion" about movies belonged in the FAQ section, specially with spelling mistakes !
The FAQ suggestion that the film is in the public domain is pretty questionable as well, the film is definitely ‘owned’ and copyrighted, just because some people have got away with putting it out on DVD without paying for the rights doesn’t mean the film is in the public domain, it just means the rights owner is slow to sort the situation out.
