Such a wonderful film!
Desert hearts (1985) is a beautiful love story directed by a woman (Donna Deitch) and about women. The two leading ladies, Patricia Charbonneau and Patricia Charbonneau, are both great and the story is interesting and authentic. The cinematography is really beautiful and the soundtrack is wonderful. I rate Desert Hearts a high 9/10. Highly recommended.
