Sally Day as Liz in Part 1, Coralina as Sally Day in Part 2

I always thought it was so random that they named Coralina's character as "Sally Day" in Demons 2. In part 1, Liz (blind guy's daughter) was played by actress Sally Day. I wonder why they chose that name out of the other actresses' names from the first movie.
But it does sort of go with the Demons theme of reusing actors (Tony and the security guard), character names (Hannah, George, Ingrid), and even situations like the punks driving around or the demon clawing it's way out of it's host.
I know some people would have preferred that Demons 2 be a continuation rather than "Demons 1 but in an apartment complex instead of a theatre." I personally like the simplicity of both Demons movies and I would hope the tradition continues if a 3rd is ever made.
