This is my first time watching this and I'm not sure, but was the spoken language of this film originally in an different language then they dubbed the language with English or was this film's spoken language was originally in English?

It's dubbed as it's Italian BUT on the newer DVD/bluray releases some of the audio has been changed, it's still in English but very strange they changed some of the dialogue all these years later
