R4 DVD Uncut?
With the R3 Chinese DVD uncut but not anamorphic and the R2 missing seconds/minutes of Arthur's death, I'm hoping that the R4 is uncut. (It apparently is anamorphic.) Does anyone know? Thanks!
shareI don't know for sure, but I doubt it. Studio Canal, who own the rights to Crimewave, seem to have used the same cut transfer for all their releases. The Danish release, for example, is cut according to some websites, and that has exactly the same cover art (language aside). The Aussie DVD has a photo gallery, which is the sole extra, which is still more than any of the other discs.

Thanks for the reply and the deductions regarding Studio Canal. I'll likely pick up the R2 release eventually then. I'd rather have a better transfer than the R3. From what I've read, the cuts to Arthur's death aren't severe.
