Bad guy who dies twice!

I noticed that one of the bad guys who dies in the shootout at the end can be seen seconds later as one of the four who shoot up the shed with Matrix inside.

I think you mean Chico from The Running Man. He loves to die in Ahnuld movies even if it affects continuity.
