What on Earth would she have to hide? She has the goods on her clients who are all powerful people. What could somebody possibly have on her that would make her ashamed or afraid? Even throughout the movie, she has no shame and is unabashed.

shareVery true. One of the endings had her being the killer of everyone and she did it to protect her real business of selling government secrets to the highest bidder. Since that business would have been much more lucrative than her prostitution business it makes sense she would pay off the black mailer to keep her secrets selling business, secret. Unfortunately you only find out about this with her as the killer in one of the endings.
Since the endings varied we can only assume she didn't want to risk losing her prostitution business. It would have made much more sense had they included her secret selling business during that scene where they all talked about what they were being blackmailed for.
