No, the cop informed on Miss Scarlett, even though she'd been bribing him to let her carry on with business. Mr. Green's infromant was never mentioned, and in the third ending...
Green was revealed to be a "plant" of the FBI and not a blackmail victim, so he wouldn't have had an informant.
