Miss Scarlett - Jennifer Lawrence
Mrs White - Kristen Bell
Mrs Peacock - Elizabeth Banks

Professor Plum -
I can figure out who to play the last two. Now my sisters and I who were trying to make a list and we weren't going for obvious funny people i.e. Jim Carrey, Steve Carell, Amy Pohler, Tina Fey, etc. But more people we thought who could embody the comedic style of the different characters.

Mr. Boddy: Jerry O'Connell (this is a slight nod to "Stand By Me" which originally was titled "The Body" as a novella)
Mr. Green: Ed Helms
Miss Scarlett: Scarlett Johansson (obvious choice, right?)
Mrs. White: Maya Rudolph
Mrs. Peacock: Annette Bening
Colonel Mustard: Bryan Cranston
Professor Plum: Johnny Depp
The Cop: Samuel L. Jackson
Mrs. Ho: Margaret Cho
The Singing Telegram Girl: Kelly Clarkson
The Motorist: Sean Bean
The Evangelist/The Chief: Morgan Freeman
