A remake would obviously be a disaster (Ghostbusters 2016) but a BTTF 4 could break a billion like other legacy sequels (Jurassic World, Star Wars Force Awakens, Top Gun 2),Christopher Lloyd returning as Doc with a new young guy as Marty Jnr . MJF cameo at the end (via CG/DF)

Kind of amusing to think about how Marty would have to adjust to '93 instead of the fifties.

Instead of life without Diet Soda and color TV he'd have to deal with landline phones and no video streaming.
