Biff was just about to rape her, wasn't he...
Had already committed Sexual assault.

Yes. Whereas these days a butt pinch is a rape, what Biff was doing was a rape in any era. It didn't seem like he would have stopped if not for George's intervention.
Scary if you really think about it.
Rape was legal in the 50s.
sharePretty sure it wasn't. Maybe you mean between man and wife? Because that is a quite recent law change
shareIt never was legal in the U.S., other than the slaves that were raped by their masters.
sharein the 50s date rape happened all the time....idea of take back the night did not exist yet. women were not supposed to know how to fight back.
Lorraine has to depend on George to punch Biff out. In later era she would have done the job herself and left regardless.
And even married to George, she cannot refuse sex until the 1970's when marital rape laws are overturned. It is still legal
LMAO...PEOPLE ARE CORRECTING THAT SHIT..LMAO
shareWhat is really implied in the original timeline before Marty intervened with how Lorraine acts that she had been raped by Biff. Marty prevented that catastrophe by going back in time and convincing his father to be more confident.
shareI don't think that happened in the original timeline, in the alternate timeline Biff was pissed at Calvin for fucking up his car which is why he did what he did.
shareWho is to say Biff didn't pull George out and then rape Loraine in the original timeline? Plus the line from Biff to Marty at the beginning, "Say hello to your mom for me." makes it sound like Loraine refuses to be around him. As if something bad happened between them years before.
shareI think Lorraine just didn't like Biff, and she didn't like him in the original timeline as well. Something about the way Biff talked to Marty "you cost my 300 bucks damage to my car you son of a bitch, and I'm gonna take it out on your ass" makes me feel that entire encounter was a direct result of the manure incident. Plus he said "I'm gonna get that son of a bitch" right after he ran into the manure truck.
shareYour sentence(s?) make(s) no sense.
Your capitalization of 'sexual' is also weird and unnecessary, why do that?
Because you have butchered english language so much in your two (separate?) statements / questions, it's impossbile to know what you meant. I recommend learning english, it'd make these things so much easier to answer/discuss.
So, are you saying;
"Biff was just about to rape her, wasn't he? Or had he already committed sexual assault?"
or
"Was Biff just about to rape her, after already having committed sexual assault?"
In any case, he wasn't "about to rape her", he was "in the process of raping her".
It's funny how women can be 'everything' when the story needs them to - they can be these aggressive dominatrixes that chase boys and sit in park cars, drink whiskey, smoke, initiate kisses (yeah, right!) - and then suddenly they're 100% passive, innocent victims that can't do anything to handle a situation against Biff!
(It's almost as if there's another movie where she actually EASILY handles and beats up Biff, but we won't talk about that)
In any case, what's the point of your comment anyway? Yes, we know Biff was doing unlawful things, that's clearly shown in the movie. Is your point that you're shocked about it? He shouldn't have done it? They should've found another way to show he's an evil jerk? They shouldn't have hired him for anything after that?
WHAT IS YOUR POINT?!
The 80's screen play is yes for 'families' (lots of product tie ins) so they had to make it safe for children to see. But it's fairly obvious that she's being sexually assaulted. She does not like what is happening in the car to her at the time and asks for help.
Lorraine was. remember, actually supposed to be 'assaulted' by Marty and George would come and tell him to stop (a fake set up to get the two of them together). However Biff got there first which George did not initially realize. Still, he goes ahead and punches Biff out.
I like that a lot better actually, it would have been gross to have your to-be future son putting his hands on you. Probably another reason why this did not happen.
