Please don't remake this movie

Some movies are meant to be left alone. Back to the Future, Ghostbusters, Tron, etc. were good because they were new ideas back then. Everything looks so rad and groundbreaking. Funny and amusing.

Today, they're old news, time travelling with car which goes into 88mph leaving burning trails, disappearing slowly by becoming transparent because of future dilemma, hovering hoverboard... They have their places. But not in 2017 movies or beyond for sure.

Imagine if they remake Inception or Interstellar in 20 years from now doing mind boggling upside down world action or the time dilation gimmick one more time. Blech.

Robert Zemeckis won't let that happen. I've seen articles over the years of him saying "Over my dead body" and "Oh, God No!"

But yeah, this movie (trilogy) must be left alone and the people in the industry need to do their jobs and think of new stories to tell and not remaking/sequeling - No thanks. I'm already itchy from the "Ghostbusters remake" one and I will never sit through it, pay money for it - never. There's others but I don't want to bring them into the "light" of acknowledgment.

They took it as far as they could. Anything else would feel like a retread or inferior. I wondering though if they could go with the supposed fourth film of setting it in Roman times?

Yep Zemeckis has said this a couple of times as long as he is alive there wont be a remake.
