Another ninja movie help
hey everyone,
I vaguely remember a ninja movie I saw when I was young. I don't remember much about it except these ninjas clothed in black, throwing those ninja stars..and then there is this one scene, in which one of the ninjas kidnapps/takes some girl with him (i guess they were running away from someone) but she's having trouble running because of the tight mini skirt she's wearing, so he cuts the skirt right between her legs, and ties the ends together (to make it into some kind of pants)-- yea i know, cheesy..but not knowing the title has been bothering me for yearsssss!!! thanks to anyone who can help.
