Anyone ever find it funny how they didn't age in suspension? After watching the exodus again it was the first time I ever thought of that in all my years. Lion O was about their age probably younger he aged into a grown man. Why didn't they age did they ever explain this maybe?
Yes, I seem to remember something about Lion-O's pod malfunctioning. Also, Wilykit and Wilykat are based on wildcats, which are not much bigger than common housecats.
I'd heard that somewhere. I know that for most of the series, the twins are 12/13, except for the beginning of Exodus. How old were they in that, plus how much aging do we know occurs in the pods?

I consider it a plothole (how many cartoons feature kid protagonists who never age?). Lion-O warp aged into an adult for the simple fact that the writers needed/wanted him to. I think the suspension pod malfunctioning is really more of a fan theory than anything done by the writers. Some fan fiction also utilizes the idea that en route Jaga might have tampered with the pod so that Lion-O would age faster than the rest.
