Question about Safari Joe
When safari joe capture tygra and cheetara together how did he get them in their cages. Cheetara was in rocket-powered cuffs in midair.
shareExactly. She wasn't going anywhere, so he'd have dragged Tygra out of the water and thrown him in his cage first. Then he'd have brought Cheetara down and put her in. I've lost count of how many times this question has been asked on here. Especially considering that it's straightforward when you think about it!

Possibly, but considering the nature of thundrainium, she might then have stayed unconscious. My guess is that he used the rocket cuffs to fly her into the cage, and then released them automatically.
