1985-2010. 25 Years later, where' T-Cats 25th Anniversary special?

I mean?

The Teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtles got theirs, and Transformers has a comic book line, toys and ..er also had the Michael Bay TF2 sequel come out in the year of their 25th anniversary last year (1984-2009). Dragonball/Dragonball Z Kai were produced last year (but air in the western world this year though?) Didn't Warner Brothers plan ahead for a 25th Anniversary special to celebrate Thundercats' 25th anniversary, considering they own the copyrights and announced a new series recently a few months ago.

Always figured; Masters Of The Universe, Transformers and ThunderCats were the big 3. Yes there were others like; G.I. Joe, Robotech, Dungeons & Dragons, Jayce And The Wheeled Warriors, Voltron, Galaxy Rangers, Visionaries, M.A.S.K. The Centurions and others, but MOTU, TF and T-Cats held the top spots and everything else was competition and running along side the big 3.

Why no anniversary special of anykind for something thats so remembered in pop culture and is practically being revived right now!

I think its great when the anniversary of something is remembered and they trouble was gone through with to produce something special. Reckon we could've been all surprised if one were to be produced for the Thundercats prior to its new reboot/rebirth series next year though!

I'd agree on your assessment of the "Big Three"!

My own "Personal Big Three" when I was a kid were (and still are) Thundercats, Visionaries, and Defenders Of The Earth.

As for marking the anniversary, I suppose the planned film, which has been in the pipeline for ages, could have filled that gap, but it kept on getting pushed back for whatever reason.

Perhaps the leaked movie script is the best we've got for this.

Heheheh, i'm kinda hoping LiamABC (and DarthBill wherever he is presently?) are some secret TV animation producers/writers who comes to the T-Cats boards to chill out with fans (lol) like myself and will probably be inspired by whats said in discussions on here with fellow fans, ya know. Please "steal" my ideas for the new series if you are, LMAO!

Please tell me my guesses are somewhat close?

Sorry to disappoint you, I'm just an enthusiastic amateur who enjoys a bit of creative writing. I mentioned that Visionaries story I'm working on, I'm still trying to nail the final scene. It's funny with this rewrite, the climactic battle sequence in this second draft is longer than the first draft of the entire story! Still, it's going to be worth the wait!
