shareCheetara, I liked her design/voice/character more. Pumyra was never really developed that well. I don't remember her getting many stories.

Pumyra had like one spotlight story and it had something to do with Luna of the Lunataks getting the belt of Mumm-Rana & chronicled Pumyra's efforts to stop her (Lion-O & Panthro come along too). Yeah, poor Pumyra didn't get a lot of focus, which is really the fault of the writers for not making more of an effort to do something with her. I mean for God's sakes they did more with Snarf & Snarfer. Friggin' Snarf & Snarfer!

I agree, hopefully in the new series they will do that. Every child of the 80's remembers Cheetara (or the red blooded male ones do) but very few remember Pumyra or at least among the ones I know.

I know the feeling. I never saw season 2 until I borrowed a friend's DVD of it about 2-3yrs back. It was never shown over here in England back in the 1980s, and when I saw it, I realised why!
