CONTINUITY ORDER FOR SEASON 1

This is a work in progress. I'm trying to sort out a cast-iron order for the first season, taking all continuity factors into account of what has to come before or after what.

So far I do have an absolutely bulletproof order for the first 21 episodes. The first nine are as standard, but the next 12 have some rejigging:

1. Exodus
2. The Unholy Alliance
3. Berbils
4. The Slaves Of Castle Plun-Darr
5. Trouble With Time
6. Pumm-Ra (thus concludes the establishing episodes)

7. The Terror Of Hammerhand
8. The Tower Of Traps (explains where Tygra and Kittens were in previous ep)
9. The Garden Of Delights (Mutants still have no technology)
10. Spitting Image (a Thundercat gone bad is unheard of here)
11. The Doom-Gaze (Mutants still have no tech)
12. The Ghost Warrior (Thundercat gone bad becomes a reality, Thundranium intro)
13. The Spaceship Beneath The Sands (Mutants get their tech)
14. The Time Capsule
15. Safari Joe
16. The Fireballs Of Plun-Darr (Tygra has now learned to swim)
17. Mandora: The Evil Chaser (need time for Mutants to repair their castle)
18. Return To Thundera
19. The Thunder Cutter (the previous ep fits Monkian's line about the Sword)
20. Lord Of The Snows
21. All That Glitters (follows on directly)

Yeah after the first 21 episodes the series was placed out of order especially when it came down to the "Lion-O's Anointment Trials" mini series. but the first 21 episodes were in order or so.

Mandora: The Evil Chaser was episode 10, The Ghost Warrior was episode 11 though? Followed by the The Doom-Gaze episode after it.

1. Exodus
2. The Unholy Alliance
3. Berbils
4. The Slaves Of Castle Plun-Darr
5. Trouble With Time
6. Pumm-Ra (thus concludes the establishing episodes)

Why is the Trouble With Time, in before Pumm-Ra though? Lets all remember the series had flubs and errors with dialogue and whatnot, and while i reckon some episodes can be played in a different order it wasn't too random before return to Thundera played. There after it all became mixed up by TV stations true.

Yo Liam, are you really saying this is how you'd envision the series being re-aired or are you basically going for an ironed out production order playing of the episodes as they should've been?!

Hmm the more i think about it, its like yeah i wish when T-cats was put onto DVD they considered putting the first season in the order it should've originally played in ("Production order"). Had the series come out a few years ago via "Rhino Entertainment2 or "Ink & Paint/BCI" for example, i think they would've certainly sorted out the episode count for the first season properly and place them in their respective places as it ought to have been done for the ThunderCats DVD release of the series.

Alas we didn't get that though sadly.

The fans for years have been unsure somewhat as to where to place certain episodes because of the mixups and misunderstandings and what have you.
