Why was there never any mention of Lion-O's mother?
We heard and saw a fair bit of Claudus, both in the original series and the remake, but his mother is never even mentioned...
shareI'm not sure why they chose not to mention her in the original series, at least not that I can remember, but she was apparently mentioned in the recent--and recently cancelled--reboot. I didn't make it past the first few episodes, but according to Wikipedia we learn that Lion-O's Mother died in child birth.
