Was the Lunataks part of the toy line?

I rembember they were the main antagonists on the second season, but I don´t remember lunataks toy figures.

No Lunataks toys were sold in stores. A figure of the Lunatak Red-Eye was pictured in the 1987 LJN dealer catalogue but it never went into production. Other unreleased figures that existed as prototypes included the Mad Bubbler and two Berserkers named Cannon Blaster and Quick Jaws.

The Thundercats toy line was discontinued after the third series of toys was released in 1987. Here's a list of characters that received action figures:

Series 1 (1985)
Lion-O
Tygra
Cheetara
Panthro
Mumm-Ra
S-s-slithe
Monkian
Jackalman
Astral Moat Monster

Note: Small, non-poseable PVC versions of Snarf, Wilykit, Wilykat and Ravage (a.k.a. Ma-Mutt) were packaged with some Series 1 figures.

Series 2 (1986)
Wilykit
Wilykat
Snarf
Berbil Bill
Berbil Bert
Berbil Belle
Snowman of Hook Mountain
Hachiman
Tuska Warrior
Mummified Mumm-Ra
Ma-Mutt
Vultureman
Grune the Destroyer
Ratar-O
Hammerhand
Ram Bam
Top Spinner
Cruncher

Series 3 (1987)
Jaga
Lynx-O
Bengali
Pumyra
Captain Cracker
Captain Shiner
Safari Joe
Mongor
Driller
Stinger

too bad, they promoted the lunatacs as main villians but there was no toy line, this is as strange as 3 generation transformers; there was no quintesons toy line either. this is bad marketing offering you a product that diden't exist.
