The quality is very good and it comes in a case with artwork. The only thing is that there's a small tv logo in the bottom left corner as they were recorded off cable a few years ago. I had bought a set on ebay a few years ago, but the price and quality on this site was better.

Don't know if you are still looking, but you can download all 13 episodes from most bit torrent sites.

It's even legal to do so. The creators of Street Hawk are the ones who put together that collection and seeded the torrent.
