I'm sure I posted before but it seems to have been deleted.I asked why Orry didn't simply shoot Justin.

a. Orry was a man of honor
b. he tried to get Madeleine back without a fight at first
c. I don't even think he had a gun with him. Correct me if I'm wrong.

He would have been tried for murder if he just shot him. But I must say, I got a kick out of the part where Madeline cuts his eye with the saber! Finally, somebody hurt that jerk!
