10th Amendment and James Huntoon

I think my nerdiness is coming out but, Did anybody else catch Huntoon misquote the 10th Amendment at the party?

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states are reserved to the states respectively or the people."

Huntoon's: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states are reserved to the states or the people thereof."

It was pretty minor, but nonetheless the "thereof" through me off while watching it ;D Still is an amazing scene and my one of my favorite miniseries :)

Huntoon at least had a passing acquaintance with the Tenth Amendment, which is more than most Americans have today.

But yeah, I noticed too. :)
