Why doesn't David do a DNA test?

He must have some bloodstained dressings from when he treated Bradley. A DNA test would tell him if he was barking up the wrong tree or not.

I was thinking the same thing.

reply

What's the general thoughts on this? Do you reckon he is their Dad?

I think I do.

reply

I'm not sure. I sort of think their dad might be a main character (with their mum being the Asian one). But if that's not the case, I think he is, if that makes sense?

reply

Yeah I'm the same.

reply

Of course maybe the main character idea is a red herring but I kind of feel like the writers have that in mind, given how the story is pretty major.

reply

I have to admit, they've got me intrigued - plus I don't think it's a dragger either.

reply

I'm definitely interested too. No, not at all!

reply

I like the little titbit storylines😁

reply

This is the way to do something ongoing. Have just enough happen to keep it interesting.

reply

Exactly, that's why the show needs to juggle a number of stories at any one time - which it does quite well.

🐨Have you ever?...Ever felt like this?🐷

reply

It does. The only thing that gets annoying (H&A does this too) is that sometimes they'll end on a cliffhanger or like something's about to happen, but not go back for a couple of days or even longer.

reply

That is a f34ker when they do that. Or just generally focus on one of the duller stories, whilst the juicy stuff is on the back burner.

🐨Have you ever?...Ever felt like this?🐷

reply

Yes, definitely on both of those. I know sometimes things (like Karl's inquiry) take a while and wouldn't be on every day, but sometimes it gets boring waiting.

reply

Yeah. I quite like that the inquiry is in the background and not being shoved down our throats - it's pretty realistic.

reply

It is. I'm also glad he won. I really liked that Maureen was willing to testify, especially given that he did cause her to lose her job, and she could've been pissy about it, but wasn't.

reply

Me too, it was nicely played out this story, but was less of big deal than I was expecting.

I hope Eve Fisher gets punished.

reply

It really was. I wonder if something will come back to add to it, honestly, it might be something in the cliffhanger.

I hope so too. I really feel she might even go over the edge, given how vicious she got.

reply

Maybe Eve Fisher will be how they bring the story back.

reply

She could be, yes. Or she might get pulled up in an inquiry herself.

reply

Yeah, and KK has to defend her. That has a certain serendipity to it.

🐨Have you ever?...Ever felt like this?🐷

reply

It would be, or it could be because of her talk about Karl - I wouldn't be surprised if she did something that turned out badly. I'm sure she would've done more than we saw.

reply

Yeah, she's a dodgy busybody,

🐨Have you ever?...Ever felt like this?🐷

reply

She really is, and I'd imagine there's some put downs and gossip we haven't seen at all.
