I'd love to see him more prominent, too, and you're right, he could have lots of illegitmate kids and hopefully they wouldn't be as annoying as Courtney - I didn't hate her but she was so shallow and an annoying character to me.
He is pretty hot. Sometimes he reminds me a bit of Stanley Tucci who along with Patrick Stewart is the only other bald guy I find hot.
