I'd say Mark's is a boy and Paige's is girl, though PAige could have twins, like Josh and Imogen, the baby could turn out to be toadies too, with no baby mark turns to paige who has a baby but no father for it, and they reunite

sharePaige baby dose have a dad Jack.... not like he has gone anywhere and he a regular charterer they won't have him in the show with Paige and the baby and him not involved in anyway what so ever. They have built the Jack Paige thing up 9 months now clearly not going smoothly and the baby stoyline won't be straight forward but they would not build it up this much no go no where at all. I'm betting she will lie and say he not the dad but name one stoyline where someone has lied about the baby dad and truth has not come out. He will find out sooner or later and mostly like be with Paige eventually when he dose. At very lease be a dad to it
