Belvedere
The Colbys mansion is the Hilton Estate in Bel Air! OMG! I heard this on the Ultimate Dynasty forum and was like lol, but just now I was rewatching my dvds of The Simple Life, and I realised where I had seen it before! In the 1st and last episode and the special features it has all these shots of the house, and the interior, and Paris's room, it's great!
