I think Emma Samms was good but PSM would have been better. I actually had forgotten how PSM was on Dynasty. I just saw a few episodes from season two and she would have been done better against Stephanie Beacham.
shareEmma Samms was a terrible choice to replace Pamela Sue Martin. She is so completely different in looks, tone, and mannerisms (not to mention the British accent) that she might well be another character. Better they had written Fallon out and replaced her with someone else.
Replacing actors is always a risky proposition, especially when the performer has such dramatically unique qualities, as did PSM.
Had she been on The Colbys, it might have been more interesting. But the show had some A-list performers, and failed because it was badly written.

PSM's Fallon wouldn't have put up with the crap from Sable or Miles.
