Why does Arnie's hair change?

So after he crashes his car chasing Sarah and Reece, he fixes his arm and removes his eye... But his hair gets shorter and spiky. Any logical explanation or just bad continuation?

After he removed his eye, the next few shots were of an Arnold dummy lol.

After tech noir he runs after them through fire from a shot gas tank before punching their windshield. In the fire his hair is, quite realistically, partially burned.
