Eva Green or Charlize Theron for Selena if there is a remake?

I heard they are rebooting Supergirl to somehow link with the new Man of Steel Superman film that's coming out. I even heard that Supergirl has a cameo in it. But if these rumors are true I think Eva Green or Charlize Theron would do the Selena villainess role justice. They're supposedly making Man of Steel a trilogy ;)

True. There is also Anne Hathaway, Lucy Lawless or Alex Kingston.

I do personally wonder what it would be like to see Selena done in a Supergirl movie today. Of the choices listed so far, Alex Kingston seems the best. She could do wonders with the role.

What about Demi Moore, Meryl Streep, Vanessa Williams, or even Robin Tunney? Tunney is about the age now that Dunaway was when she did the role.

Sadly, I fear that whatever form Supergirl takes in the future, Selena will not be a part of it, and that's too bad, because other than the 80s out-done witch formula that pulluted other movies of the time (Conan The Destroyer, Willow) Selena was actually a great villain, and one that could be done again...that is to say, if done right.

Selena was not a great villain .... she was an idiot.

One of the reasons Dunaway's career pretty much went down the toilet afterward.

Why the f@ck would any new film want to referrance anything from this utter abortion of a film?

listen it wont be a remake If they do it will obviously be a reboot and will not contain any of the same characters since these characters like selina were made up for the movie anyway

I'd love to see Megan Fox as Selena, because she has the potential to do a villainess role so convincingly, and she could be made up as the ultimate enchantress.

Loved the original Selena, but I don't think they'd reboot her original persona, if she is included at all.
