For those who have seen the 138min director's cut is it worth it? Does it give more backstory or plot or extra scenes that were crucial but cut out? Is it worth shelling out the money to get it? or just stay with the 125min intl. version??

im a major fan so I got the limited and 2 copies of the international
BUT personally a lot of this extra stuff was in out uk versions not all but some.
And while I loved the few bits of new stuff It does not really add much to the movie itself
there is apparently well over 1 hr of extra footage said to be in the vaults where the extra superman 2 footage was found...wether we will see it or not I don't know
including where when the protestors stop selinas car with the signs if you notice you see a female protestor stand infront of their car then it cuts to them being carried off BUT when they are in the van and we see a shot of the outside (from inside where they are captured) you notice that big puddle infront of Selina's car and how strange it is since its very dry and sunny? well a scene was cut where she turns that female protestor into a ice statue then shatters her hence the puddle but they cut it :/
if your a big fan then yes get the directors version, if not and just like the movie stick with the international
I have the directors cut and there are few extra scenes that were either unnecessary or add more sense. If you like the move you should get it.
