Where's the sequel?

The baby and the marbles... Let's do this!

Yeah, the boy baby who knows what he knows. That baby'd be 31 years old now.

In those days they didn't make a sequel to every movie. They allowed them to stand on their own...which always gave them more meaning than trying to squeeze every little drop out of everything.

And there's so many gorgeous and talented actors who are 31 and the right age to play the son.

Though my fear is that a sequel would turn out much like Crystal Skull where some overrated untalented "celeb" would get cast as the son and the script would be terrible.

Or turn out like Tron Legacy which is fantastic and much better than the original!

There was a tv series that lasted for 1 season.

reply

Yeah, getting ready to watch that for a blog I co-write. I hear it's not... great.

I agree that a sequel is needed. The original movie had too many unanswered questions.

It's not too late at all, to make one.

I think I watched this as a kid but didn't remember details about the baby and just saw this. Now I feel like it should've had a sequel about the baby who has all his memories.

reply

nah the ending was perfect.

keep it this way.

reply
