Classical Street Musicians - What are they playing?

Anybody know the name of the classical piece the street musicians are playing?

"What's the rumpus?"

I wish I knew this piece of music, as well. I heard it in a store at the mall as I was shopping and asked the clerk where the music was coming from. She looked at me like I was nuts.

Beautiful song, though. I like the transition from the music box to the street musicians, too. Sweet.

This is to specify blodpins reply on the title of the musical piece played by the street musicians. It is Chopin's Piano Concerto in E Minor, Op. 11 II. Romance. Larghetto and it is a very lovely composition.
