Anyone know good mermaid books? And other films with mermaids in it?

I read this book called Sirena vt Donna Jo Napoli, loved it!

This short lived Australian tv show called Mermaids, the sequal to Splash is hard to find on youtube sadly but loved that one too. Least it had some potential. There is this Filipino series called Dyesebel (haven't gotten around to start watching it which I should ASAP), looks great.

Best adaptation to the Hans Christian Anderson story was a 1980's Japanese anime.

I actually liked 'Mermaids The Body Found' because I didn't take it too seriously. A lot of people were angry with the aftermath though.
