The skins
Thoughout the movie, many of the black guys appear with a very intense glow over their skin. Are they just sweaty, or do they use some kind of oil? Is that supposed to mean something?
Thanks

the story takes place in Louisiana....which gets hot and humid in the summer and you can see "white" officers as well as other men with soaked uniforms from mid waist up....no oils..just heat..
shareWell, I live in Rio de Janeiro and I rarely see such shiny skins, either blacks or whites :) Maybe it's even hotter up there ;)
Thanks
The humidity is often near 100% due to the proximity to the gulf coast and the many bodies of water.
shareOil molecules have probably bonded to the moisture in the air due to all of the oil rigs and refineries in the area.
