Adolph Caesar performance is worth the movie
It's an interesting dramatic movie involving murder, investigation, prejudice and showing a younger and promising Denzel Washington. Rollins Jr. is good as always until his death. Adolph Caesar has the best performance as Sergeant Waters. He didn't just play a role, he lived it! Too bad that he didn't win the Golden Globe nor the Oscar for best supporting actor in 1984. Unfortunately, he's not here anymore to teach the new generation of actors.
