They lingered quite a while on that shot, too! I get that this was before PG-13 movies, but that's still quite shocking for a Hughes movie. Do high school girls leer at each other in the shower like that? I would, if it was me, but then, I'm a horndog guy.

shareI don’t know if this qualifies as a PG movie, but the made for TV miniseries Roots had boobies. I was in grammar school at the time and they were the first boobies I recall seeing on TV. It was funny because the women supposedly never wore anything up top yet they had bikini top tan lines.

Just like you if not for sex purposes, I don't remember them in movies but I would have at the time this was released seeing the star, Molly, was a girl I did not look twice at. I think only girls found her attractive (like Cate Blanchet)

The original Clash of the Titans from the 1980's had some topless scenes in the beginning when Perseus was being raised and it was PG. Also, the movie Dragonslayer had full rear female nudity (though it ended up being essential to the plot) and it was also PG - and a Disney movie (not animated) if that helps.
